PSCAL attend NHS Confederation Conference with Aintree University Hospitals NHS Trust
This year’s NHS Confederation conference is being held in Liverpool and PSCAL are thrilled to be exhibiting with our customer and local NHS Trust Aintree University Hospitals. Sharing a stand with Aintree provides an ideal platform to demonstrate our solutions alongside a valued client.
A couple of years ago Aintree University Hospitals were one of the first PSCAL customers to undertake Patient Level Costing; since then over fifty Trusts have adopted PSCAL’s PLICS and SLR solutions. PSCAL are proud to boast the largest NHS customer base in our sector, with over two hundred NHS clients spanning Acute/FT, Mental Health, Community and Primary Care. This number reflects our ongoing commitment to help improve efficiency and stamp out unnecessary spending within the NHS.
This year’s NHS Confederation conference will be the first major health management conference after the general election. It is being held against a backdrop of very tight public finances and the most challenging targets for improving quality and efficiency the NHS has ever been asked to meet.

PSCAL Launch PSCAL Budgeting - The budget setting system for the NHS
PSCAL Budgeting is a robust, fully featured, budget setting system that allows the rapid production and revision of budgets. The system will take care of the calculation while the accountant negotiates the budget with the budget holder. PSCAL Budgeting is specifically developed for the NHS. We believe that a budget setting system should support the accountant by providing clear, accurate, well presented figures to allow them to concentrate their resources on negotiating and persuading budget holders.
