Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust selects PSCAL to deliver Patient Level Costing & Service Line Reporting.

The development of PLICS with PSCAL will build on work the Trust has already undertaken to develop a patient-based Data Warehouse which will provide the source activity data. PSCAL will deliver a detailed PLICS & SLR project in Cost Master PLC which will deliver Monitor toolkit reports using the Report Master application as well as feeding a Dashboard that the Trust is in the process of procuring.

As part of the move to Service Line Management the Trust wishes to highlight inefficiencies in the patient journey (Care Pathway), in order to identify the changes that will eliminate these in the future.
