Mid Staffs select SLAM to deliver SLA/Contract Management & Planning

June 2010 - Mid Staffordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has selected SLAM to deliver SLA/Contract Management & Planning. Like many Trusts the internal income management procedures & processes at Mid Staffs had over time become very complex and unmanageable. The Trust required a solution that delivers detailed, accurate and timely results without having to continually update and configure the complex processes in the background. This year the DoH has introduced a number of new elements of PbR guidance which again would have led to further manual configuration. PSCAL‘s reputation throughout the NHS for their expertise and knowledge of PbR and income management was one of many reasons Mid Staffs chose SLAM to replace their existing solution.
