Our Mission
PSCAL is a specialist supplier of financial management and cost accounting solutions and service to the public sector. Initially formed as a consultancy practice, PSCAL quickly saw the need for good quality software solutions for costing and financial management.
Since then it has developed a suite of applications to help government funded organisations to manage their costs effectively and to monitor their activity and financial performance.

We believe in ‘information mirroring’: Most public sector managers wish to do a good job. If they see information which demonstrates bad performance they will act to correct the situation. Our task is to provide that information as quickly and clearly as possible.
Our software is developed as a 3 way project bringing together:
- Extensive experience of financial management and cost accounting
- The experience and requirements of our users
- Technical expertise on how best to deliver high quality software solutions
PSCAL now has over 200 NHS clients including Primary Care Trusts, Acute Trusts, Strategic Health Authorities and the Department of Health.
